Data are organised according to a hierarchical model and stored in the XML format in a linguistic data base known as MVR (Multilingual Vocabulary Repository).

The representation of MyTerm^© Pro data is based on a solid model which is the conceptual model. In practical terms, the concept is a unique representation of the "meaning" of each word stored in the MVR.

For example, in MyTerm^© Pro it is possible to create the term "mouse" which refers to a rodent and another term "mouse" as a computer peripheral and to distinguish between them, thanks to the conceptual model.
